What is Slidewaters?
Slidewaters is Chelan’s local waterpark and a favorite for locals and tourists alike! With a toddler area, slides of varying sizes, and more, there’s always something to do! Relax and ride down the lazy river, embrace thrills on a tube slide, play a game of beach volleyball, and grab a snack at the restaurant. There are plenty of no-stress, laidback rides as well as more intense adventures for thrill-seekers. However you enjoy waterparks, you’ll find plenty to see and do here.
What’s new at Slidewaters in Chelan this year?
One of the newest attractions and Slidewaters–and one we’re excited for–is Lakeside Surf. This is the largest stationary wave in the world, so if you’re a surfer (or want to become one) you’ll need to check this out. The CityWave’s advanced technology means it can generate waves up to 6 ft. high and over 54 ft. wide. Stop by the wave to watch or book your 45-minute surf session.
