As Chelan continues to monitor its response to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is adjusting its response. Now, certain activities are open in Chelan with adapted measures to ensure health. Find out what you can do and what sort of changes are being made.
Golf Courses
Golf courses in Chelan are open, but with certain restrictions. All reservations for tee times must be made online or over the phone prior to your arrival. Groups will be staggered to reinforce social distancing. Golf carts are restricted to one person only and everything guests come into contact with is regularly being sanitized. There are currently no club or equipment rentals and courses are utilizing cashless transactions.
The management team at each course may make adjustments to these policies as long as they follow safety guidelines.
Outdoor Activities
Several outdoor activities are now allowed in Chelan. Fishing and boating on Lake Chelan can resume, and parks have opened for activity. Once again, you can enjoy a nice hike through Chelan’s stunning landscape.
Restaurants
Many restaurants are open in Chelan for takeout and delivery. While the restaurants are not currently open for dine-in service, this will be re-evaluated when Chelan reaches Phase Two.

Slidewaters
Chelan’s waterpark, Slidewaters, has unfortunately not opened yet for the season. Currently they are aiming to open by Monday, June 15th. We understand Slidewaters is a beloved part of Chelan summers, and we will keep you updated regarding its status.
